One Piece Asia Hunt is co-organized by Lorrypop Studio Sdn. Bhd., Womb Creative Sdn. Bhd., Incubase Studio Asia Limited, SplashMania Waterpark, Gamuda Cove is the venue partner.

By completing the official entry form, submitting payment through the Ticket2U, Klook and Trip.com, or downloading and using the One Piece Asia Hunt App (the "Application"), participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Registration is confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.

The Application is developed by LORRYPOP STUDIO SDN BHD ("Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.

2. Ticketing & Admission

• FREE park admission applies only to children aged below 3 years with a paying adult.

• Age Categories:

• Child: Guests aged 3 – 12 years

• Adult: Guests aged 13 - 59 years

• Senior Citizen: Guests aged 60 years or above

• Ticket prices are based on birth year.

• Guests must present valid identification documents (NRIC, MyKid, I-Card, Passport, or Multiple Entry Visa) for verification before park admission.

• Guests must adhere to all safety rules and regulations of the slides and rides.

• OKU Guests must present a valid disability certificate for verification.

• Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years old) at all times.

3. Registration

• Participants must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in disqualification without a refund.

• Participants agree to receive event-related communications via email or phone.

4. Package Terms & Conditions

• Validity: 10 May 2025 – 10 June 2025.

• This package cannot be combined with ongoing promotions or discounts.

• Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and not for resale.

• No refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather.

• Attractions are closed on Wednesdays, except on Malaysian school/public holidays.

• Race kits will be redeemed at the One Piece Redemption counter at SplashMania Waterpark, Gamuda Cove (near the entrance).

• The management reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.

5. Park Rules & Regulations

Prohibited Items & Conduct

• No outside food & drinks allowed.

• Glass, sharp objects, surfboards, bodyboards, or personal tubes are prohibited.

• Fighting, abusive language, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

Safety Requirements

• Only approved swimwear is allowed.

• Guests must use tubes/sliding mats on specific rides.

• Height & weight restrictions apply to all rides.

• Certain attractions contain bright lighting/strobe effects which may trigger photosensitive epilepsy.

Personal Belongings & Locker Rental

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

• Locker rental is available.

Weather & Refund Policy

• No refunds due to inclement weather.

• No cancellations, refunds, replacements, or extensions after purchase confirmation.

6. Safety & Health

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.

• The organizer is not liable for any injury, illness, or death during or after participation.

• Participants are strongly advised to consult a medical professional before the event.

7. Event Changes & Cancellation

The organizer reserves the right to:

• Cancel the event without refunds if bad weather persists.

• No refunds for cancellations or schedule adjustments.

8. Media & Publicity

• By participating, guests consent to their images, videos, and media being used for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. Event Conduct & Safety

The organizer reserves the right to:

• Remove participants deemed unfit to continue.

• Disqualify participants for unsportsmanlike behavior or failure to follow instructions.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of children participating.

10. Liability & Indemnity

• Participants acknowledge all risks and participate at their own risk.

• The organizer, sponsors, and partners are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses before, during, or after the event.

Intellectual Property & Restrictions

• Unauthorized copying, modification, or extraction of the app source code is prohibited.

• All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

Internet & Network Usage

• Some app functions require an active internet connection.

• The Service Provider is not responsible for network issues.

• Users are responsible for mobile data charges, including roaming fees.

• Users must obtain permission from the bill payer if they are not the device owner.

User Responsibility

• Users must ensure their device is charged to use the app.

• The Service Provider is not liable for loss due to battery depletion.

Accuracy & Liability

• The Service Provider strives to keep the app updated but relies on third-party information.

• No liability for losses due to inaccurate or outdated app information.

App Updates & Termination

• Users must accept app updates when provided.

• The Service Provider may discontinue the app at any time without notice.

• Upon termination, users must stop using and delete the app.
